Professional journey

## From analysing sales results to supporting people development

I graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava, but my career took a different direction. At a pharmaceutical company, I monitored field force activity and analysed and processed sales results. I also contributed to marketing activities.

I later worked for a company specialising in personal development programmes. This experience helped me appreciate the importance of development that considers **the needs of both the individual and the organisation**.

At [**ED Development**](https://eddevelopment.eu/about-us/), I support the preparation and delivery of development programmes and prepare materials for participants. My role is to help the team with everything needed to deliver each programme.
